This cancellation policy applies to all services offered by Lagoon Parks SRL.
Booking Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been made, cancellations are not accepted and refunds are not provided. Please carefully review the booking details before confirming and making
payment.
Booking Transfers
If you are unable to attend on the reserved date, we offer the possibility to transfer the booking to another person. To do so, please contact us at least 24 hours before the initial reservation
date.
Exceptions
Our cancellation policy is strict and we do not offer refunds, except in cases of legally recognized force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics). In such cases, please contact us to discuss
available options.
